Our service is there to help both Freeholders and Leaseholders to identify, organise and meet their Lease obligations.

Some Blocks may simply comprise of a few privately owned Leasehold flats within a Freehold property, which needs experienced day to day management.

Our Service can be as extensive as you wish and can include calculating and issuing Ground Rent and Service Charge demands, collecting monies due, holding funds, organising services, utilities and repairs to shared areas of the building including gardens, car parks and garages, paying contractors on your behalf from funds held, regularly reviewing all shared area contracts prior to renewal – including your Insurance and Shared Utility contracts – to ensure you do not pay more than is necessary, right through to end of year reconciliation ready to pass to your Accountants to audit.
